10 Days of Energy Transmission — Targeted Relief

Nadezhda, 37, joined our 10-day experiment with the main goal of observing the condition of her legs and her experience of heaviness, tension, and discomfort.

Before the experiment, she shared that she experienced significant fluid retention and swelling in her legs, which became worse in warm weather and after prolonged periods of sitting. At times, the swelling was so intense that she felt the skin around her calves was extremely tight, while walking and bending her legs became painful and difficult.

She works as a nail technician and spends long hours sitting during the day.

What did she notice during the observation period?

From the first few days, she described her legs as feeling lighter and noticed a reduction in the sensation of swelling.

During a 10-hour workday, when significant swelling would normally appear around 4:00 PM, this time it did not appear until around 10:00 PM — something she herself found unusual.

Over the following days, there were still moments when her legs became swollen, but she noticed something different:

The swelling was visible, but it was no longer accompanied by the same feeling of heaviness, tightness, and pain.

On September 4, for example, she noticed considerable swelling after her workday, but said she did not actually feel it in the way she had experienced similar swelling in the past. Previously, swelling of this level could make it difficult for her even to walk comfortably.

On September 8, after another 10-hour workday, she experienced only mild swelling and tiredness — without discomfort.

The most important change, according to her

“The swelling is still there, but it is not as severe. The more significant difference is in the way I feel it.”

By the end of the observation period, she described her overall subjective experience in her legs as significantly better.

She also reported days when she experienced an unusually strong sense of energy and lightness. At one point, she simply wrote:

“I have energy! I haven't felt like this in a very long time.”

It is important to note that this is one participant's personal experience and subjective feedback, not a medical conclusion or evidence of treatment for a medical condition.

That is precisely why we continue collecting real observations — day by day, without assuming what the outcome will be.
