10 days that revealed an unexpected contrast

One of the participants in our 10-day Earth Chakra Energy Transmission experiment asked to remain anonymous.

So we won’t be sharing her name.

But with her permission, we are sharing her experience.

Because for her, the most interesting part wasn’t tingling, warmth, or any other unusual physical sensation.

It was something much more practical:

the striking difference between how she felt in different parts of her everyday life.

It started really well

The first few days felt good.

She noticed more energy and a greater desire to take action.

She started doing things she had been putting off and felt more motivated to move and be active.

She also wrote something very personal in her journal:

“I don’t feel lonely or guilty…”

Overall, there was a sense of greater ease and more desire to do things for herself.

Then the working week began.

And the contrast was significant.

“I feel really bad at work”

When she returned to her usual work routine, the difficult days began.

She experienced fatigue, headaches, and a general feeling of being unwell.

But then she noticed something interesting.

When the working day ended and she returned to her own environment, things gradually changed.

“After I came home, things went back to normal.”

And the pattern began to repeat itself.

At work — feeling unwell.

Away from work — feeling significantly better.

She began to see what was happening as a kind of reminder:

“I can’t keep going like this all the time.”

We can’t say what caused this contrast or whether it had any connection to the Energy Transmission.

But these 10 days gave her an opportunity to notice it much more clearly.

A desire to move

At the same time, she began to feel an increasing desire to spend time outside and move her body.

She decided to walk more.

She spent more time in the sun.

She gave herself more attention.

And at one point, she did something she hadn’t done for many months:

she went for a run.

It was a small but very concrete moment in her experience.

Not simply a feeling of “having more energy,” but an actual desire to get up and move.

What about physical sensations?

Interestingly, there were very few.

While some of the other participants described different sensations in their legs, tingling was almost completely absent from her experience for most of the experiment.

It was only towards the end that she noticed something very subtle:

“I may have felt some tingling on the last day, but it was very slight.”

So physical sensations never became the center of her story.

Everyday life did.

When there was time for herself again

Towards the end of the experiment, calmer days returned.

She gave herself more attention, spent time outside, and once again felt good.

Looking at the 10 days together, an interesting personal pattern began to emerge:

Free time → more energy and desire to take action.

Work environment → fatigue, headaches, and feeling unwell.

Returning to her own environment → gradually feeling normal again.

This doesn’t tell us why it happened.

But perhaps it raises a more important question.

What if the most important thing is what you begin to notice?

After the experiment ended, she said:

“Now it feels like everything has gone back to normal.”

She doesn’t claim that the 10-day period permanently changed her.

Nor does she say that the Energy Transmission caused everything she experienced.

But during those days, she noticed something about herself.

Where she had energy.

Where she seemed to lose it.

When her body wanted movement.

Where she felt good.

And in which environment something inside her seemed to be saying:

“This is becoming too much for me.”

Sometimes an observation like this can be more valuable than an unusual physical sensation.

Because not every experiment needs to end with a dramatic transformation.

Sometimes it ends with a better question:

“What is it in my everyday life that makes me feel this way?”

And perhaps that is where the next change begins.
