HOW TO GET STARTED

1.  Provide a clear photo of both of your feet from above (top view).

Your feet should be:

• Both visible in the same photo
• Photographed from directly above
• Clear and unobstructed, bare, with no shoes or socks
• Unedited and without filters
  

2. Send the photo to

3. Include:

• Order number
• Full name of the person in the photo
  

If ordering for someone else, make sure the name provided is the person receiving the transmission.

The photo becomes the focus point for the Energy Transmission, allowing us to direct the harmonising energy toward both feet and support your connection with the Earth.

Once we receive your information, we’ll prepare your remote transmission and send you an email confirming the start and end dates and times.

During Your Earth Chakra Period

Whenever possible, spend some time outdoors and connect directly with nature. Walking barefoot on grass, soil, sand, or other natural ground can become a simple and enjoyable part of your routine.

Slow down, breathe deeply, feel your feet, and allow yourself to be present.
