PERSONAL STORY
Ivan and Evgenia: one couple, 10 days, two different experiences
Ivan and Evgenia are a couple who participated together in our 10-day Energy Transmission experiment focused on the Earth Chakra.
They went through the same 10-day period, yet their experiences differed. Interestingly, despite these differences, a common theme gradually emerged in both of their journals:
greater calmness, inner balance, and a different way of reacting to daily stress.
What is Energy Transmission?
Energy Transmission is a remote practice offered by "Flower of peace," in which we work with a specific individual on a chosen area or intention, without the need for their physical presence.
In this experiment, the focus was on the Earth Chakra and the sense of grounding, stability, and balance.
Participants received no instructions regarding what they should feel. Over the course of 10 days, they simply observed their daily lives and recorded their physical and emotional experiences.
This is the story of Ivan and Evgenia, as told through their own journals.
Ivan: from physical sensations to a deepening sense of calm
For Ivan, the initial observations were physical.
Right from the start, he described waves of warmth in his chest and stomach, followed later by a tingling sensation in his legs.
However, as the days progressed, his attention gradually shifted from his body to something else—his inner state.
On the second day, Ivan felt unusually energetic and managed to complete tasks in a single day that would normally take him several days. At the same time, he notices something even more interesting: despite the high level of activity, he feels incredibly calm.
Over the following days, his energy levels fluctuate—sometimes high, sometimes dipping—yet the sense of calm remains.
Around the midpoint of the period, he begins speaking of "inner balance" and notes that he is sleeping very well and waking up feeling more energized.
The eighth day proves to be the most telling.
In the span of a single morning, Ivan gets off at the wrong metro stop, mixes up stations and exits, forgets his work computer password, and finds himself in several other situations that would normally make him extremely agitated when he is in a rush.
This time, however, his reaction is different.
In his own words:
"This time, I didn't even bat an eye."
None of these situations manages to turn his day in a negative direction.
By the end of the ten days, Ivan describes his state as one of calm and harmony—feelings that become increasingly palpable with each passing day.
He also senses a certain lightness in his legs, even though he notices no visible change in their appearance.
His own summary is perhaps the most accurate:
"Things that used to annoy me and make me lose my temper now don't even make me flinch inside."
Evgenia: a much more dynamic experience
For Evgenia, the ten days are significantly more emotional.
As early as the first day, she notices an unusual perception of time—as if the day is moving more slowly, yet she manages to complete her tasks with ease.
On the second day, she faces a lineup of tasks—packing, logistics, travel, and a parent-teacher meeting—a combination she usually associates with stress.
This time, however, she describes herself as surprisingly calm and organized.
Yet, her experience isn't all smooth sailing.
She deals with poor sleep, highly emotional days, a sense of heaviness and tingling in her limbs, periods of low energy, and moments of anxiety. On the ninth day, for instance, she feels emotionally unstable and scattered again.
It is precisely these difficult days that make her diary so interesting.
For Evgenia begins to notice not so much an absence of emotions, but rather a shift in how she navigates them.
On the seventh day, she attends her daughter’s first day at a new school—an incredibly emotional moment for her. She feels moved and tears up, yet she manages to remain far more composed than she would have expected of herself.
She identifies Day 8 as her best day since the experiment began—both physically and emotionally.
After the difficult Day 9, another significant observation emerges on Day 10: an unpleasant situation arises and she gets agitated, but this time she manages to regain her composure much faster than usual.
Towards the end, Evgenia describes it quite simply:
"There is a lightness in my steps, and a lightness in my thoughts and feelings, too."
She also reports changes in her physical condition and sleep patterns. Given Evgenia’s complex medical history, we regard these observations as her personal experience during that period, rather than as evidence of a medical effect resulting from the transmission.
Two people, one interesting common thread
Ivan and Evgenia do not experience these days in the same way.
For Ivan, the change seems relatively smooth—physical sensations at the start, followed by an increasingly steady sense of calm.
For Evgenia, there are far more ups and downs—strong days, difficult days, and a wide range of emotions and physical sensations.
But when we compare the two journals, a common thread emerges:
both begin to describe a different reaction to situations that usually cause them stress.
It is not about the problems disappearing.
The metro can still be chaotic. A password can still be forgotten. A parent-teacher meeting can still be emotionally charged. The day can still be tough.
The difference Ivan and Evgenia describe lies in the way they experience these situations.
Less inner tension. More calm. A quicker return to balance.
And perhaps that is the most interesting part of their story.
How did the 10 days end?
Ivan describes the period as a gradually intensifying sense of calm, harmony, and inner balance.
Evgenia goes through a much more dynamic experience, yet her final assessment is also highly positive. After everything she went through, she wrote to us:
"Amidst all that 'Iliad and Odyssey' of mine, your Transmission worked, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!"
These are their personal experiences—not a promise that another person will feel the same way.
Every participant reacts differently. Some people experience physical changes, others notice primarily a shift in mood or their reaction to stress, while for some, there is hardly any perceptible difference.
That is precisely why, during Energy Transmissions, we encourage people to observe their own experience without seeking a specific outcome in advance.
Two people. The same 10 days. Two different stories—and a shared sense of greater inner calm.
This material presents the personal observations and subjective experiences of the participants. Energy Transmissions are a wellness practice and do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for medical care.
