We didn’t expect them to feel the same things. We didn’t tell them what they should experience. Each of them kept their own journal and observed their physical and emotional state throughout everyday life.

Mariana, Alek, and Teya went through 10 days of the Earth Chakra Energy Transmission together

What happens when three people from the same family take part in the same Energy Transmission?

We didn’t expect them to feel the same things. We didn’t tell them what they should experience. Each of them kept their own journal and observed their physical and emotional state throughout everyday life.

At the end, we received three very different stories.

But when we placed them side by side, an interesting common thread began to emerge.

Mariana: “The worry didn’t disappear. But it felt as though I was observing it from the outside.”

Mariana began the experiment during a particularly stressful period.

She was dealing with uncertainty at work, thoughts about the future, restless sleep, and accumulated tension. On Day 0, she rated her calmness at just 5/10 and described her usual response to stress very simply:

“I get nervous and tense very easily.”

The first few days were not easy. There was anxiety, fatigue, headaches, strong emotions, and situations she herself described as a “test of my psychological resilience.”

The problems around her did not disappear.

But around the middle of the ten days, Mariana began to notice something different — the same situations were still there, but they no longer seemed to trigger exactly the same internal response.

“The worry hasn’t disappeared, but it feels as though I’m observing it from the outside.”

By Day 10, the calmness she had rated at 5/10 at the beginning had risen to 9/10.

She doesn’t describe ten days of constantly feeling good. Quite the opposite — there were moments of melancholy, confusion, and difficulty.

The difference, in her own words, was in how she moved through them.

Alek: “Emotionally, I don’t think anything has changed — but I definitely have more energy than ever.”

Her son Alek had a very different experience.

He began in relatively good physical condition, although emotionally he described a feeling of emptiness and confusion. He also had recurring pain in his left knee.

For Alek, the clearest observation wasn’t emotional.

It was energy.

By Day 3, he was already writing that he had more energy and strength. On Day 6, he again noticed more energy than usual, followed by strong workouts on two consecutive days.

At the end, he was very clear:

“I don’t think there has been a change in my emotional state, but I definitely have more energy than ever.”

He also reported that the pain in his knee had become less noticeable, although the journal alone cannot tell us what caused that change.

But there was another interesting detail.

During the ten days, Alek still experienced situations in which he became angry. On Day 9, however, he got into an argument with a classmate and noticed:

“I stayed calm and didn’t raise my voice.”

In his final reflection, he said that when faced with situations involving tension and anger, he felt he had begun to respond “in a more appropriate way.”

Teya: “I just closed my eyes and let it pass.”

For Mariana’s daughter Teya, the story began differently again.

At the start, she described her usual response to stress like this:

“I get worried, start rushing, and make mistakes.”

The first few days were mixed. On Day 4, she even wrote that she hadn’t noticed anything different and was reacting in the same way she normally would.

Just one day later, however, she noticed something:

“When something annoys me, I don’t pay attention to it, whereas before I would let it keep bothering me.”

Several calm days followed.

Then, on Day 9, an ordinary moment gave her perhaps the clearest comparison with how she had felt at the beginning:

“When I got irritated by something small, I didn’t react the way I normally would. I simply closed my eyes and let it pass.”

On the final day, Teya wrote in capital letters:

“THE BEST DAY! A very calm and pleasant day.”

Her own summary of the ten days was that the first half had felt more stressful and demanding, while during the final days she felt much calmer and noticed that she no longer reacted in the same way when something made her angry.

Three People — Without the Same Result

And that is exactly what makes this family’s story so interesting.

Mariana doesn’t say her problems disappeared. She says she began to experience them with a little more distance.

Alek doesn’t report a major emotional transformation. For him, the strongest observation was significantly more energy — while at the same time noticing a different response in certain stressful situations.

Teya began with a tendency to worry, rush, and make mistakes under pressure.

She ended with one very simple moment:

Something annoyed her — and she let it pass.

Three different experiences.

And yet, independently, the same theme appears in all three journals:

Not necessarily a change in what was happening around them, but a change in how they moved through it.

Perhaps Mariana expressed it best:

“The worry didn’t disappear. But it felt as though I was observing it from the outside.”

And in Teya’s words, the same idea becomes beautifully simple:

“I just closed my eyes and let it pass.”

Sometimes change doesn’t mean that life suddenly becomes quieter.

Sometimes it means we become a little quieter inside while life continues to happen around us.
