When an anonymous participant began the 10-day experiment with the Earth Chakra Energy Transmission, she was going through a particularly difficult period.

On Day 0, she described her physical condition as heavy and uncomfortable, while emotionally, she felt:

“Exhausted and worn out. Apathetic.”

Her calmness, energy, and mood were all rated at just 3 out of 10.

When faced with stress, she would usually manage to pull herself together and get through the situation, but the price came afterward:

“I usually pull myself together and get through the situation, but afterward I feel completely drained. More and more often, the tension comes out as raising my voice.”

It was precisely this pattern of reacting that gradually began to look different over the following ten days.

Same Situations. Different Reactions.

On the very first day, a tense situation arose at the office. There was a verbal escalation around her, but the participantnoticed something unusual about herself:

“I remained more balanced and internally calm.”

However, this didn't mean that everything suddenly became peaceful.

Apathy, tension, disappointment, hurt feelings, and even tears followed. Real-life situations continued to unfold.

And that is exactly why one particular moment on Day 4 stands out.

During a prolonged period of tension with her child, the participant initially began reacting in her usual way. But this time, she managed to interrupt that reaction:

“I managed to look at the situation from the outside, stop getting irritated and scolding her, apologize to her, and continue more calmly.”

This wasn't about the absence of emotions. Rather, it was about creating a little space between an emotion and the reaction that follows.

The Problem Remained. The Calm Returned.

Around the middle of the experiment, the participant went through a very unpleasant situation.

She described it as deeply disappointing. The following day, she still felt exhausted, hopeless, and found herself bursting into tears.

The situation itself remained unresolved.

But throughout the day, she noticed something:

“My emotions stabilized, and I felt inner peace, even though the situation from the previous day hadn't been resolved.”

This became one of the most interesting themes throughout her entire journal.

The sources of stress didn't disappear. What began to change was how long she remained caught up in that tension and how she experienced it.

Over the following days, the participant increasingly described lightness, balance, and a quicker return to her balanced state.

Even when something upset her, it no longer necessarily determined how she felt for the rest of the day.

“It doesn't bother me, even if it's personal.”

On Day 9, the participant made her own comparison with how she had felt at the beginning:

“I think I react more calmly and with greater balance. It feels as though I'm taking a more philosophical approach to the situations that happen throughout the day, and I haven't felt personally affected by them.”

By the tenth day, this change had become even more specific.

She felt more patient. She expressed her arguments more calmly. She became irritated less often.

And most importantly, she no longer felt the same need to make sure others understood her:

“In disagreements with other people, I no longer feel the need to explain myself at all costs — everyone understands things in their own way.”

And One More Thing: Not Carrying Everyone on Your Shoulders

Toward the end of the experiment, the participant noticed a change in something deeply personal — her tendency to constantly help others and meet the expectations of those around her.

“My attempts to help everyone with everything I can have become more balanced, and I no longer put so much pressure on myself trying to meet everyone's expectations.”

Perhaps this best describes her experience.

Not indifference.

Not withdrawing from people.

But a little more space between other people's expectations and her own inner state.

And Physically?

Before the experiment began, the participant frequently experienced pain and heaviness in her legs, particularly in her feet and lower legs.

Toward the end of the ten days, she noticed:

“I definitely haven't experienced tightness or pain in my lower legs during these days.”

She herself remained cautious, acknowledging that this could have resulted from a combination of different factors.

And that honesty is an important part of her story.

Ten Days Later

The participant didn't finish the experiment with a story in which all her problems had disappeared.

Life around her hadn't magically changed. There had been tension, conflicts, tears, and difficult moments.

But gradually, something else began to emerge:

The ability to stop carrying every situation with her for so long.

To pause.

To look at things from a different perspective.

To decide whether continuing an argument was even necessary.

When she senses that the other person is unwilling to understand her point of view, she now prefers to end the conversation rather than continue arguing, choosing to preserve her inner peace.

From “I pull myself together, get through the situation, and afterward I'm completely drained” at the beginning, to:

“I find my inner state to be more balanced and stable.”

Sometimes balance doesn't mean there is no tension around us.

It means the tension doesn't stay inside us for as long.
