Sometimes, balance doesn't mean having a calm environment around you. Sometimes, you realize just how stable you are precisely when nothing around you is calm. For Zhivka, the 10-day experiment with the Earth Chakra Energy Transmission coincided with just such a period.

Obligations. A constant rush. Stress. Disappointments. Intense emotions.

When it was all over, her first words to us were:

"10 very unpleasant days; I feel like nothing but unpleasant things were happening to me."

And yet, the conclusion of her experience was different:

"I definitely felt supported... somehow, I managed to stay grounded."

What is Energy Transmission?

Energy Transmission is a remote practice offered by Flower of peace, directed at a specific individual with a particular focus or intention.

In this 10-day experiment, the focus was the Earth Chakra—associated in our practice with grounding, stability, and inner balance.

The idea was not for participants to expect specific sensations, but simply to observe themselves and their daily lives.

For Zhivka, several distinct observations emerged right from the start.

The Beginning: More Energy and Tingling

The first few days got off to a good start.

Zhivka noticed increased energy and vitality. Another sensation also emerges and recurs throughout much of the period: a tingling in the legs.

On some days, she feels it almost all day long, especially in the evening.
In her final summary, she returns to it once more:

"Most days, I felt a tingling in my legs—sometimes quite noticeably."

But gradually, the physical sensations recede into the background.

For daily life begins to become much more intense.

And then, everything piles up.

After a good start, difficult days set in for Zhivka.

It wasn't just one specific event, but many things happening at once.

"Obligations, constantly rushing around, stress, disappointments, and a lot of emotions."

The strain mounts up.

And she makes no attempt to downplay it:

"At times, the stress was definitely becoming too much for me."

This is an important part of the story.

The Energy Transmission does not turn these 10 days into a carefree period. Problems do not vanish. Unpleasant situations continue to occur.

And Zhivka continues to feel their impact.

But when she looks back at the entire period, she notices something else.

"I most likely would have reacted much more severely."

For Zhivka, the change lies not in what is happening around her, but in how she perceives her own reaction.

Despite the mounting tension, she describes a sense of being supported:

"I definitely felt supported."

And then she adds:

"I most likely would have reacted much more severely to those situations, but somehow, I managed to stay grounded."

This is her own assessment of the experience.

We cannot know exactly how she would have reacted to the same situations without the transmission, nor can we determine with certainty whether the change was caused by it.

But we can hold onto Zhivka’s own key observation:

during a particularly difficult period, she felt she was able to return to herself.

Grounding Does Not Mean an Absence of Emotion

Perhaps it is Zhivka’s story that best illustrates what the word "grounding" means to her.

It doesn’t mean never getting angry.

It doesn’t mean avoiding disappointment.

It doesn’t mean stress simply vanishes.

And it certainly doesn’t mean that only good things will start happening around you.

For Zhivka, the exact opposite occurred.

She describes the period as "10 very unpleasant days."

Yet, amidst it all, there remained a sense that she could navigate the situation without completely losing her inner stability.

Perhaps balance is best revealed during difficult days.

At the start of the experiment, Zhivka noticed an increase in energy.
For much of the time, she felt a distinct tingling sensation in her legs.

Later, life became more stressful.

Ultimately, it was these difficult situations that became the most significant part of her experience.

Not because the difficulties disappeared.

But because she felt she was moving through them in a way she perceived as more grounded.

So, if we were to single out just one sentence from her ten days, we would choose her own words:

"The stress was definitely getting to be too much... but somehow, I managed to stay grounded."

Sometimes, inner balance isn't recognized during the calmest days.

Sometimes, we notice it precisely when life does its best to disrupt it.

This story presents the personal observations and subjective assessment of a participant in the 10-day experiment. It is impossible to determine how the participant would have reacted to the same situations without the Energy Transmission, nor can it be established that the described sensations or changes were caused by it. Energy Transmissions are a wellness practice and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.
