HOW TO GET STARTED

1. Provide a clear photo showing both knees from the front

Wear shorts or clothing that allows the knee area to be clearly visible. Please make sure both knees are fully included in the photograph.

Your feet should be:

Both visible in the same photo
Clear and unobstructed
Unedited and without filters

2. Send the photo to

3. Include:

Order number
Full name of the person in the photo

If ordering for someone else, make sure the name provided is the person receiving the transmission.

Once we receive your information, we’ll prepare your remote transmission and send you an email confirming the start and end dates and times.

Your experience is personal

You don't need to actively concentrate on your knees or perform any special practice during the transmission.

Simply continue with your normal daily life and observe.
