6. Shipping and Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Domestic Shipping: We ship within Bulgaria using Econt and Speedy.
- International Shipping: We ship internationally using carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and Bulgarian Post. Delivery times and rates will vary by location.
- We do not offer local pickup.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
